Nora Fatehi’s boho underliner and Bindi It’s a tribute to his Moroccan roots
More than a week after the release of her international single, Nora, Nora Fatehi has once again put the focus on singing. So let us tell you what happened when she shared some interesting pictures of herself in a mix of Moroccan and urban wear. It was a complete image of her and her life experiences. The artist wore face art, a black head scarf, oxidised silver jewellery, a tracksuit and more, which made her look reflect what a beautiful multicultural influence she was a product of.

“I really loved this look! It gave a mix of my Berber Amazigh roots with the face tattoos, head scarves, jewellery, while also showcasing my urban roots with the tracksuit, body language and lyrics in the first verse of the song. A relic of my hustle and bustle days, wearing a tracksuit everyday, chasing my dreams but still taking my roots with me wherever I go,” she said in the caption.
The actress was seen wearing tribal inspired harem pants and a matching black sleeveless cropped top with wide straps. The outfit was embroidered with sequins which reflected her Moroccan heritage. In the second look, the actress changed the harem look to a matching headscarf and a pair of black track pants. She also wore oxidised silver earrings which were inspired by the earrings traditionally worn by Middle-Eastern women. Overall, it showcased Nora as a combination of cultural influences from Morocco to Canada and then, finally India. The look was interestingly styled by Reem Elhachimi and photographed by Mohamed Saad Studio which reflects where she comes from.

Nora's makeup and hair for this look was done by makeup artist Mariana Mukuchyan, who added cultural symbolic face art on her temples and chin. In addition, she opted for defined eyebrows, smoked-out eyes with black shadow, mascara-lined eyes, a contoured and highlighted face and a nude brown lipstick. As for her hair, she kept sleek open hair which was half-tied while wearing a dupatta.
It included a mix of face tattoos, vintage silver jewellery, a bandana-style headscarf embroidered with silver sequins, and track pants that expressed Nora's Berber Amazigh and urban roots. To better understand where Nora Fatehi comes from, the Amazigh people belong to an ethnic group that has been indigenous to North Africa since before the Arabs migrated to the Maghreb region of Northwest Africa.
Nora Fatehi showcases her love for her mixed Amazigh and urban Canadian roots, which is a wonderful experience.
