Coriander water for hot flashes and night sweats – how to make it

The good news is that coriander water is very easy to incorporate into your daily routine. Here are what you need: a handful of fresh coriander leaves (washed) and 500 ml (about 2 cups) of water
Simply wash the coriander leaves, add them to a pot of water and bring it to a boil. Let it boil for 10 minutes, then strain the leaves and let the mixture cool to lukewarm or room temperature.

When to consume coriander water:

You can enjoy coriander water throughout the day, whether first thing in the morning to speed up your metabolism or 45 minutes before or after meals to aid digestion. Consistency is key, so aim to drink coriander water regularly for optimal results.
