Nick Jonas shares a rare glimpse of the night he proposed to Priyanka Chopra

Singer Nick Jonas on Sunday shared a picture from the night he proposed to Priyanka Chopra and recalled a personal moment from their relationship. Varanasi The actor reshared the post on Instagram and replied with a short note of his own.

The post reminded the couple’s 2018 trip to Greece, where the 33-year-old proposed to Priyanka. He talked about that night in a recent episode hey jonas And said that the delayed flight almost disrupted their plans.
Nick said that he wanted to propose at midnight, right after Priyanka’s birthday, but due to the delay, things got pushed back by three to four hours. Recalling the moment, she said, “When we got engaged, my plan was to do it at midnight after her birthday. Our flight got delayed, making us 3-4 hours late.”
He said that he kept timing in his mind while Priyanka could see that he was stressed. Nick recalled, “Now I’m spending time in her mind, and she’s like ‘What are you stressed about?'” Priyanka said she had no idea what was planned and thought they were just going on vacation. She also joked that she was trying to find out if he was the same person.
Nick said that by the time they reached Greece, they were already behind schedule. He said he spent the dinner watching the clock and thinking the plan was failing. Priyanka said she could tell something was wrong, but she didn’t realize a proposal was coming.
Nick said the moment finally came around 2.30am, when Priyanka mentioned going to bed. He told her he had another gift, went back to get the ring and got down on his knees. He later said that she did not respond immediately and took about 40 to 50 seconds, while he waited and wondered whether she should wear the ring. However, Priyanka clarified that she had already worn the ring before replying.

She completed the look with a Dior bandana, black sunglasses, diamond stud earrings, a delicate choker, a bracelet and a matching ring and smiled at the camera.
He wished the birthday in Spanish, “Feliz completos! Mi amor,” which means, “Happy birthday, my love.”
