Samantha’s upcoming Telugu film Maa Inti Bangaram will now release in theaters worldwide in June. Earlier this film was scheduled to release on May 15.
After weeks of speculation, the makers of Mother Inti Bangaram Has confirmed the new release date of the film. The Samantha Ruth Prabhu-starrer will now release in theaters worldwide on June 19, 2026, moving from its previous date of May 15.
The announcement was made on May 13 along with a new poster that teases the film’s serious tone. In the poster, Samantha is seen in a stern avatar, holding a gun in her lap and striking a stoic, composed pose. His intense expressions hint towards the action-heavy narrative that the film promises.
Sharing the poster, the makers wrote, “It’s time to pull the trigger. #MaaIntiBngaaram in theaters worldwide on June 19, 2026.” The team had earlier indicated that the release was postponed to avoid clashing with the IPL season.

In an earlier statement, production house, Tralala Moving Pictures, confirmed the change in schedule, noting that the decision was taken to ensure a better release window.
Mother Inti Bangaram After this, Samantha returned to the lead role in Telugu cinema. Kushi (2023). Apart from headlining the film, she is also supporting it under her banner. The project is co-produced by Raj Nidimoru and Himank Duvvuru.
The film has already started its promotional campaign. Song Thassidia Samantha’s dance moves have attracted attention online. The teaser and trailer have also created a buzz, making the film a serious action drama full of family sentiments.
It is noteworthy that for the first time in the film, Samantha will be seen doing action scenes without a body double.
