Netflix gets a big update, adds full-season download facility on iPhone and iPads

Netflix has launched a new feature for iPhone and iPad users, allowing them to download the entire season of their favorite show with only one tap. This feature, which is exclusive to the first Android devices, is a major time for iOS users, who had to first download the episode individually. The new season download option can be found next to the share button on the display page of the show, making it faster and easier to download the ingredients for offline viewing. Of course, it is especially useful for those who want to enjoy shows or films during traffic, flights, or visits, where the internet use can be incredible.
Offline viewing on Netflix was first introduced in 2016, and since then, the company has added features such as smart downloads, which changes the episode automatically viewed with the next one in the series. In addition to the season download for iOS devices, there is another step in making Netflix more accessible and convenient for its global audiences.
With this update, Netflix also shared a list of the most downloaded season of all time. The list is the topping squad game season 1 and 2, followed by Monster: The Jeffrey Dahmer Story, One Peace, and Queen Charlotte: A Brijinon Story.
However, this new feature comes at a time when Netflix has announced the price increase in the US. The premium advertising scheme is now priced at $ 24.99 per month, while the standard advertising scheme has increased to $ 17.99. Even advertising-supported Tier has seen an increase, now its price is $ 7.99 per month. Members of advertising schemes can store up to 100 active downloads per device, but advertising schemes are limited to only 15 downloads per month.
Interestingly, the price increase does not apply to Indian users – at least for now. Netflix continues to offer its four membership plans in India: mobile, basic, standard and premium. The mobile scheme, which is priced at Rs 149 per month, allows streaming on a device at a time in 480p resolution. The original plan supports the cost of Rs 199, 720p resolution and a streaming device. For Rs 499, the standard plan provides 1080p HD resolution and allows two simultaneous currents. Finally, the premium scheme priced at Rs 649 provides 4K resolution, spatial audio, and supports four streaming devices at once. Additionally, the material can be downloaded on seven devices, making it a popular option for families.
The Netflix full-season download feature on the iOS device is currently live. If you have not seen it for yourself, then go to the app store and make sure to update the Netflix app.
