Aerial yoga, also known as anti-gravity yoga, bears a lot of resemblance to traditional yoga. However, in aerial yoga, your body weight is supported by a hammock. This means you are suspended in the air while performing. Aerial yoga has additional benefits compared to traditional yoga. Aerial yoga is best for soothing back pain, increasing flexibility, balance and providing body stability.

Next, Neha and Ayesha had a peaceful Thai massage. A traditional massage practice in Thailand, Thai massage is different from Western massage. The therapist’s hands apply different pressures on the muscles and ligaments. Warm aromatic oil enhances the relaxation of Thai massage. Thai massage not only helps in relaxing muscles and relieving pain but also improves blood circulation, promotes mental peace and improves flexibility.

Neha and Ayesha ended their day with a skin pampering session. Neha shared a photo on Instagram showing a traditional facial technique using skin rollers. The simple act of massaging your face with a face roller offers many benefits for your skin. It can reduce stress and tension just like a body massage. Roller facials reduce inflammation, relax the skin and improve blood circulation in your face.
Neha and Ayesha’s Wellness Day will help you book your spa appointment as soon as possible.
