Taking Instagram stories on today (9 June), Neha Dhupia opened about the balance of life and how the new mothers were sidelined. He wrote, “To go beyond interaction for work-life balance, new mothers require practical support and consideration. Instead, we often become embarrassed or sidelined.”
Raising the voice of her support for Deepika Padukone, she said, “As a working mother, I support the appropriate request @deepikapadkone for the appropriate request for fair and thoughtful work hours.”
Earlier, in an interview with News 18, filmmaker Mani Ratnam supported Deepika Padukone and called it a “correct demand”. He also expressed happiness to the actress being in a position to ask for this.
