India’s first Formula One driver, Narayan Kartikeyan revealed that his racing trip is in a biopic work. Speaking in the Conclave South 2025 in India today, during his session ‘Racing Ever: Can Can Catch the Formula One Dream?, He confirmed the project and shared his excitement about the film.
“Talking about it is a little premature. The script looks exciting,” he said.
Karthikeyan further said in detail that the film will catch his rise from its hometown to the international racing scene. Racer shared, “The journey of Formula 2 is what they are going to catch. From a very young age, what happened in Coimbatore, where I grew up, will be covered,” the racer shared.

While many people will be eager to learn about casting, Karthikeyan said, “After the actors, there are a lot of options. They have started finishing the script. Hopefully they will go into production in the next few months. It will be released in many languages.”
Parallel to this cinematic venture, Karthikeyan is also collaborating with Tamil superstar Ajit Kumar for the Asian Le Mans series. He praised the dedication of an experienced actor, saying, “He is eager to learn from professionals, and is actually committed to making something for Indian motorcyts. I am really eager to visit this trip.”
His partnership aims to make one printing in France in 24 hours of Le Mans.
