From the concepts of the future to the progress of the real world, this incident covered a huge spectrum of announcements. However, in many exciting revelations, some selected smartphones were really worth waiting. The thinnest phone of Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge, Infinix Triple Folds and Techno is something to make some names. Look closely on the most anticipated devices set to make waves in the coming months.
Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge
After teasing it in January 2025, with the launch of the Galaxy S25 series, Samsung proceeded to show its Galaxy S25 Edge during MCW 2025. In this phenomenon, ultra-slim design and premium build captained attendants, made it one of the standout highlights. According to leaks and rumors, the Galaxy S25 Edge is set for the April launch and is expected to be one of the thinnest flagship smartphones of the year. Samsung has allegedly re -engineered the major components to achieve this smooth form factor, allowing significant decrease in thickness.

The front design of the Galaxy S25 Edge is expected to be closely met with the Galaxy S25+, with a similar screen size. However, the main difference in the rear camera setup is, the Galaxy S25+ is equipped with three cameras, the Galaxy S25 Edge will allegedly come up with only two.
Under the hood, the Galaxy S25 Edge is called Snapdragon 8 Elite Chipset, as recently confirmed by a Geekbench listing. Despite its impressive hardware, a possible concern is its relatively small 3,900mAh battery, which can struggle to maintain powerful chipsets and ultra-slim design.

Now, the company has officially announced this worldwide.
INFINIX also showed another concept phone, which featured the e-coler shift 2.0 technology, which allows users to dynamically replace the color of the back panel, supporting 30 unique styles for a truly adaptable experience.
Tecno spark slim
A competition for Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge, Tecno Spark Slim is being teased as the world’s thinnest phone. In MWC 2025, Tecno introduced Spark Slim and confirmed that it would be a 5,200mAh battery. It confirms a 6.78-inch 3D curved AMOLED display, as well as a 50-megapixel dual-camera system and a 13-megapixel front camera on the back. To highlight its remarkably thin profile, the device is called thinner than a pencil.
On only 5.75 mm thick, it can cross the Galaxy S25 age as the thinnest handset in the market. Under the hood, the spark slim will run on an octa-core processor, although the specific chipset remains unknown. Its official MWC 2025 launch is expected to unveil more details.
