A surveillance of the Syrian war said on Saturday that more than 300 addition of citizens have been killed by security forces and their associates in recent times, as the officials have collided with Bashar al-Assad’s former terrorists to the former government.

Civil deaths bring total total counts for 524 people, including 93 members of the new government security forces and 120 supporters Asad fighters.
State news agency Sana said in the early hours of Saturday that “Regged Regiment” started an attack at the National Hospital in the coastal city of Latakia, “The general security forces are repeating the attack”.
At a address on Friday, Syria’s interim president Ahmed Al-Shra urged the rebels to “laying their weapons and surrender before it was too late”.
Western powers and Syrian neighbors have emphasized the need for unity in the new Syria, demanding funds to re -organize the nation devastated over the years of the Civil War under Assad.
The UK-based observatory has reported several “massacres” in recent times, with women and children dead.
The right group said on Friday, “The vast majority of the victims were executed briefly by the Ministry of Defense and the interior.”
The observatory and activists released footage showing dozens of bodies in civil clothing outside a house, in which blood stains and women were roaming outside the house.
Other video Military Garb was seen showing men in shooting in a close range.
