After washing the corn kernels, spread them out on kitchen roll and gently pat them dry. Allow them to air dry for a few minutes before seasoning them. Also, make sure there aren’t too many corn kernels in the basket so they cook evenly and stay crispy.

Schezwan Crispy Corn is extremely easy to make and once you make it, you will want to make more of it. The recipe has been shared on Instagram by chef and digital creator @lets_eat_with_prachi. To make it, take one cup of corn kernels. Wash them and boil them without salt. When it is cooked, put it in a container. After it cools down, coat the boiled corn with maida and corn flour. Mix well. Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper and add the coated corn to it. Drizzle some olive oil and air fry the corn at 200 degrees for 15 minutes.
Heat some oil in a pan and add chopped spring onion, garlic, ginger, green chillies and capsicum. Cook for a minute and then add Schezwan sauce, soy sauce, ketchup and chilli sauce to the pan. Mix well so that the vegetables are well coated. Now add air-fried corn to the pan. Add salt and pepper and eat hot!
