On the occasion of her and Chiranjeevi Sarja’s 8th wedding anniversary, actress Meghna Raj Sarja has shared an emotional post remembering her late partner. She also confirmed her return to Tamil cinema with her latest casting in Jailer’s upcoming sequel, Jailer 2, starring her dream partner, whom she calls the ‘God of Indian cinema’ actor Rajinikanth. Along with her post, the star attached several pictures of herself and her late husband from their happier days.

Taking to her Instagram account to share a new post, Meghna Raj Sarja remembered the day she and Chiranjeevi Sarja got married and promised to be together in 2018, “This anniversary is not just a date, Chiru… It’s a feeling. The day we decided that your and my dreams will no longer be separate – that we are one. I feel you in every step I take… As if you are closer to God, yet closer to me – through me Jeena, it is not possible to explain it to me in words.”
He recalled their relationship and how he had once dreamed of working with Rajinikanth, “You worshiped him! And you introduced me to the God of Indian cinema in a way I never even dreamed of! A film with the one and only Rajini sir! (sic)” Finally, he basked in the joy of fulfilling their collective dream, “Today, I hope we have brought to life what I had dreamed of together. Because this success, this milestone. Stone, this movie… is yours to you, happy anniversary, my babyma (red heart emoji).”
