Starring Ranbir Kapoor, Deepika Padukone, Aditya Roy Kapur and Kalki Koechlin, the 2013 film has a huge fan-following among cinephiles and has gained a cult status over the years.
Marco is eyeing to earn Rs 100 crore globally by the end of its run in theatres. It is Unni Mukundan’s biggest opener and grosser till date. The action drama competed with the Christmas release Barrows at the Mollywood box office. While Marco was successful, the Mohanlal starrer failed to woo the audience.
With Ayan Mukherjee’s 2013 blockbuster returning to the theatres, will Hanif Adeni’s film be a success at the Hindi box office? only time will tell.
