Actor Manish Paul’s mother Urmil Paul passed away in Delhi on Wednesday. She was 76 years old. The family has not disclosed the cause of his death. Confirming the news, Paul’s team said in a statement, “With great sadness, we are saddened to inform you that actor Maniesh Paul lost his 77-year-old mother in Delhi today. We request you to please pray for the departed soul. May she rest in eternal peace.”

The actor often spoke fondly about his mother and regularly shared glimpses of their relationship on social media. Wishing him good health on his birthday in 2022, she thanked him for shaping her outlook towards life and wrote, “Thank you for teaching me to be bindaas!!”
Urmil Paul is survived by her husband Jagmohan Paul and their children Manish, Jyoti Paul Mohan and Vivek Paul.
