The recipe of Mango Pakora is shared on Instagram page @naturallynidhi. First, add ginger, green chillies, fennel seeds, carom seeds, coriander leaves, basil and coriander leaves in a mortar. Grind them coarsely. Next, take a large bowl and add gram flour, rice flour, red chilli powder, turmeric, salt, garam masala, baking soda, oil and the prepared masala paste. Add water slowly to prepare a smooth batter. Be careful not to add too much water as we don’t want the batter to be too thin. Heat oil in a pan on low-medium flame. Now apply the gram flour batter on the sliced mangoes and fry till golden brown. Once done, transfer to a plate lined with tissue paper to drain excess oil. Serve hot, sprinkle chaat masala and enjoy!
