This film is going to be released in theaters on June 5.

Presenting his girlfriend, mother, brother and friends as his family and greatest strength, the character’s private world soon gives way to a darker, more violent reality. With the film’s promotions currently underway, debutant Sanchitha Sanjeev has opted for a grassroots reach by visiting multiple districts across Karnataka and interacting directly with the audience, rather than relying solely on social media campaigns. The trailer launch in Mysore – the city where the film is set – also appears to be part of the makers’ grassroots promotion strategy.

Aam Pachcha is a crime thriller set in Mysuru, based on events between 2001 and 2011. A significant portion of the film was shot in Mysuru, with the makers aiming to authentically capture the atmosphere and character of the city. Along with Sanchit Sanjeev and Kajal Kunder, the film features a supporting cast including Mayur Patel, Bhavana, Prashant Hiremath, Jai, Harini Srikanth, Hamsa Narayanswamy and Ugram Manju. The music of the film is composed by Charan Raj.
