Poha Pre-Mix Recipe I How to Make Pre-Mixed Poha:

Material:

Poha (flattened rice)
mustard seeds
Cumin
green chillies, chopped
Curry leaf
turmeric powder
coriander powder
Salt
roasted peanuts, crushed
Amchur Powder (Dried Mango Powder)

Instruction:

  1. Fry the poha: Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, green chillies, curry leaves, turmeric powder and coriander powder. Fry until fragrant.
  2. Add Poha: Add Poha in the pan and fry till it becomes crisp.
  3. Season and store: Add roasted peanuts, salt and dry mango powder to the poha and mix well. Store the mixture in an airtight container for up to 2 months.
