The cooperation of Mahesh Babu and SS Rajamouli, ‘SSMB29’, has been highly anticipated as its rumors started making rounds. After shooting a small program in Hyderabad with Mahesh Babu and Priyanka Chopra, the next phase of filming is allegedly set in Odisha.

‘RRR’ director and Telugu superstar is expected to be in Odisha later this week. The production team allegedly scouted sightseeing for major sequences in Koraaput, Odisha. Mahesh’s pictures and videos at Hyderabad Airport have gone viral for Odisha.

Rajamouli is known for combining real -life places with detailed set designs in his films. For this upcoming adventure drama, the director demanded rich places from Van Hariyali and trekking trails. Reports suggest that the film will be shot in Koraaput, Zipore and the highest mountain Shikhar Demalith in Odisha.

Shooting is expected to continue in and around the eastern ghats by the end of March 2025. Demali, known for adventure sports such as aero-gliding and trekking, can play an important role in the scenes of the film. The theme of the film is allegedly located in the African forests, leading to the peace of Amazon Renforest to choose the Indian place.

‘SSMB29’ placed Mahesh Babu under the leadership, while the rest remain under the artists. Names like Priyanka Chopra Jonas and Prithviraj Sukumaran are receiving traction as possible co-stars. Nevertheless, given the grandeur of Rajamouli films, it is expected to facilitate a diverse lineup of talent.
