Mahavatar Narasimha continued invincible run, Rs 50 crore in Hindi
The ‘Mahavatar Narasima’ by an animated film filmmaker Ashwin Kumar, despite the tough competition, is continuing to attach the audience to theaters. The film hit Ankur of Rs 50 crore in Hindi at its second Saturday at the box office.

Director Ashwin Kumar’s mythological animated film ‘Mahavatar Narasimha’ is drawing impressive numbers at the box office across India. Released in 2D and 3D forms, the film is growing with strength despite the new release and is still competing with ‘Siara’.
Trade analyst Taran Adarsha told X that ‘Mahavatar Narasimha’ earned its biggest single-day earnings on their second Saturday. The film is predicted to rake even more numbers on Sunday. He commented, “The second Saturday growth compared to Friday is a notable 112.26 percent.”
On its tenth day at the box office, ‘Mahavatar Narasimha’ hit a mark of Rs 50 crore in Hindi. During its second week, the Hindi-culture of the film earned Rs 5.3 crore on Friday and Rs 11.2 crore on Saturday, contributing to a total collection of Rs 49.3 crore. With Sunday’s earnings, it earned Rs 50 crore.
Adarsha commented, “This is an extraordinary achievement for a film that has been opened for just Rs 1.4 crore. Given the current trend, a milestone of Rs 100 crore is well within the reach.”

India today gave the film 3.5 stars. A part of the review states, “Mahavatar Narasima ‘mixes sacred beliefs and mysticism with human sensitivity and contemporary social challenges. It touches the hell -tula mentality of strength and superiority due to ego, greed, lust and jealousy. The story moves forward and the eyes of the bull.
Under the banner of Claim Productions, produced by Shilpa Dhawan, Kushal Desai and Chaitanya Desai, has been presented by an animated legendary film Homebell Films. He is the producer of ‘KGF’ films, ‘Kantara’ and ‘Sala’.
