Lupine’s share price has fallen as Nifty strengthened

Shares of Lupine Ltd. fell 1.25 percent to Rs. 1821.35 was born. During the session, the stock traded at Rs. 1844.0 higher prices and Rs. A low of 1821.0 was touched.

The return on equity (ROE) for the stock was 13.5 percent. The volume traded over the counter was at 12:48PM and the turnover at that time was Rs. 1.09 crore was Shares of Lupine Limited respectively Rs. 52 week high of 1847.6 and Rs. 928.85 marked a 52-week low.

The stock’s beta value, which measures its volatility relative to the broader market, stood at 0.75.

Promoter/FII holding

As on 30-Jun-2024, promoters held 46.7 per cent stake in the company, while foreign investors held 19.32 per cent and domestic institutional investors 16.23 per cent.

Chief Financial Officer

For the quarter ended 31-Mar-2024, the company posted Rs. 4990.04 crores, compared to the previous quarter’s Rs. 5226.78 crore by 4.53 percent and the year-ago quarter at Rs. 4467.35 crore was down by 11.7 percent. The net profit after tax in the latest quarter was Rs. 359.43 crore, which was 52.33 percent higher than the same quarter a year ago.

Technicals
MACD indicated a bullish bias on the counter. MACD is known for signaling trend reversals in traded securities or indices.

A nine-day exponential moving average, called a signal line, is plotted above the MACD to reflect “buy” or “sell” opportunities. When the MACD crosses below the signal line, it gives a bearish signal, indicating that the price of the security may see a downward movement and vice versa.
