Low sitting reduces the risk of anxiety, dementia, sleep disorders
A new study suggests that long -term sitting can damage your health by increasing the risk of dementia, stress and even sleep disorders.

The seated 9 to 5 jobs have become an ideal in the era of jobs. Continuous sitting can cause disorders at the coming age, directly affect our health.
A recent study conducted by researchers at the American Academy of Neurology highlights the importance of physical exercise in reducing prolonged seating complications.
He mentioned that those who are engaged in physical activities are less likely to suffer from dementia, stroke, anxiety, depression and sleep disorders.
“This research exposes the role of physical activity and sedentary behavior as convertible factors that can increase brain health and reduce the incidence of these diseases,” said Jia-Y Wu, MD, “Shanghai, Foodon University in China and a writer of the study, Jia-Y Wu, MD.
The study was held on 73,411 people with an average age of 56 years, which were associated with the weedable equipment to measure their physical activities for seven continuous days.
Metabolic counterparts were used to measure the energy or energy expenditure of the body during physical activity.
The development of the above five diseases is less likely to decrease- 14% to 40% of people with moderate to medium physical activity energy expenditure.
Those who spend their days are 5% to 54% more, which are likely to suffer from these diseases, who spend less time than those.
