The trailer of Junaid Khan and Khushi Kapoor’s upcoming romantic comedy Loveyapa was released today. The film presents a relatable story of modern relationships while focusing on the complexities of love among Gen Z.

The trailer starts with a light-hearted scene between the lead characters – Gaurav and Bani – whose lives take a dramatic turn after exchanging mobile phones. The film offers a mix of contemporary relationship dynamics, comedy and drama as hidden truths come to light.

Directed by Advait Chandan, Lavayapaa is set to release on February 7, 2025, making it a timely offering for the Valentine season. With a mix of vibrant music and performances, the film aims to explore love in a way that resonates across all age groups.

The film is a remake of Love Today starring Pradeep Ranganathan, Ivana, Raveena Ravi and Sathyaraj. This film, released in 2022, was also directed by Pradeep Ranganathan.

Loveyappa will be Junaid and Khushi’s first theatrical release after their OTT films, Maharaj and The Archies respectively.
