Dorit Kemsley is a woman who knows the art of manners and camaraderie. She penned a sweet birthday wish for her estranged husband Paul “PK” Kemsley on his 57th birthday even though they split after nine years of marriage.
On August 23, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star shared a sweet family photo on her Instagram Stories with a message to PK. According to Page Six, she wrote in the caption, “Happy birthday @paul_kemsley_pk. Lots of love from me and the munchkins.”
The English businessman celebrated his birthday by taking a trip to Las Vegas with some of his friends, including Kyle Richards’ former boyfriend Mauricio Umansky.
Dorit and PK announced the news of their separation in a joint statement on August 24, 2024. “As a couple we have been subject to a lot of speculation about our marriage,” they wrote. “We have had our struggles over the years and we continue to work through them as two people who love each other and share two wonderful children together.”
Furthermore, the statement said that the two aim to maintain a balanced environment and prioritize baby daughter Phoenix and son Jagger. The former couple got married in March 2015 and now have a happy family. PK has three children from his first marriage who have not appeared on the hit Bravo reality show but have been mentioned in his posts.
Meanwhile, the man who previously had a drinking problem revealed that not only is he sober, but he’s also hit a major milestone in his quitting journey — he’ll be six months sober by Father’s Day in June 2024. According to PEOPLE, he called it the greatest gift he could give his 5 kids.
The couple also previously talked about PK’s drinking on a previous season of RHOBH, with Dorit sharing, “PK used to drink a lot and he’s an alcoholic. I think it’s very hard to have a clear conversation when he drinks too much, so he quit drinking.”
