Like many other professionals who work from a desk, as a journalist, I spend hours in front of my laptop screen – working on stories, thought brainstorming, writing, editing, and so on. In this daily Udham, my eyes are sticking to the screen, and my hands are constantly tricked between the keyboard and the mouse. Now, I am fully aware – and even struggling with the sick effects of the desk work. A lot of stress is poured on our muscles. For the eyes, I use blue light filter glass, but what about the wrist? Typing and scrolling with a mouse can put a stress on the wrist. Research has shown that prolonged use can also lead to serious issues such as carpal tunnel syndrome.

Enter Logitech MX Wartical Mouse, which aims to deal with this accurate problem. For someone like me, which is related to hypothyroidism, muscle tension is something that I experience daily -in the joints. So, when Loditech recently arrived out and offered Loditech MX Wartical Mouse for review, I was conspired. Loditech claims that this mouse, with its unique 57-degree tilt design, can reduce muscle speed by 10 percent and reduce stress on the wrist. I jumped on the occasion of reviewing the mouse, even if it looks nothing like your normal computer mouse and it is definitely not like one.

I have been using Loditech MX Warticle for more than seven days. It is quite impressive. I feel less stressed in my wrist, even after working for a long time. However, it sells for about Rs 12,000. Yes, this is a heavy price tag. And this question arises: does it really differentiate a lot? Is it worth spending so much on a mouse?

Of course, the answer is going to be slightly subjective. Some people actually benefit from ergonomically designed products – such as chairs, pillows and so on – while there is some or almost no benefit for others. As far as I see, I think there is a difference in Loditech MX vertical that my wrist and primary hand feel after the work hours. But the difference is also somewhat marginal. At the same time, the mouse has part of the shortcomings. The biggest thing is that the design excludes leftists.

Unique shape and comfort

Design is the main USP of Loditech MX Warticle Mouse. It has a 57-degree angle in its unique shape, which, according to the company, helps reduce the pressure on the user’s wrist. The top also has a rubber cover and a texture for a firm hold. However, it is not a small size mouse. In other words, it is designed to fit the hands of large or medium size. Therefore, if you have small hands, you cannot find a good fit.

In my use, I found that the design is one of the main attractions of the mouse. in a good way. “Handshek status” – which calls the Logitech grip – gives the wrist an unusual but comfortable comfort and provides a comparatively easy way to use the button. For me, it looks like a delicious way to use the mouse. The button is also easy to reach additional designated works and provide quick access. Talking about the button, there are 5 total. However, in some time about them.

It is also a well -built mouse, as you can expect from its high sticker value. Loditech says that the mouse is a drop-resistant and can withstand falls up to 90 cm. The company also notes that its primary buttons have been tested on the last 10 million clicks.

Using Loditech MX Warticle

One of the reasons that I found the design functional and comfortable, the presence of several buttons, all were cleverly kept. For example, at the top, there is a dedicated button to control the speed of the cursor. Then, there are two more buttons on the left – which can be assigned custom functions – while scroll wheels and regular mouse buttons are deployed vertically to the right. You can also customize the functions of the button through the Logitech option app, which is quite convenient.

The Loditech app can be used on both Windows and Mac machines. Even it works on Android or iPados if you want to connect the mouse to iPad or tablet.

Loditech MX Wartical Mouse Review

When I started using MX vertical, it took me a little time to get a habit of this mouse due to its design. However, once I was hung it, it was easy to use, and in some ways it was better than a regular mouse. I used it on both a table surface and a mouse pad, and it worked quite well.

The mouse has a rechargeable battery, with a battery life promised up to four months, which is very good. Real -life battery performance, although will depend on real use. The mouse can connect with multiple devices at the same time, and you can easily switch between them, which is super convenient and useful.

Additionally, Loditech MX vertical provides two ways to connect it to the device-through the Bluetooth connectivity or through the USB-C cable. If your device does not have Bluetooth, such as some desktops cannot be in, you can use a “universal receiver” that can use bundles with a lodge mouse. Connectivity was good when using the mouse and I never had any issue with cursor tracking. In other words, there is no shock when scrolling and transferring the cursor on the screen rapidly.

Loditech MX Wartical Decision: Who should buy it?

If you are not a leftist and spend a lot of time to work on a desk, then with work that leaves your wrist tired, Loditech MX vertical will be useful for you. Its ergonomic design helps the wrist to relax and provides good support to the thumb and fingers. It is also not a major task to use for this design. Therefore, if you really need a mouse that can help in wrist pain and you are ready to spend it, then you can definitely consider it. Many buttons, adaptation options and overall performance are good, and it will help you complete your work smoothly.

He said, Rs 12,000 is a large amount. If you are not necessarily working with wrist pain – and good to go with small exercises to give your wrist break, you may want to leave Loditech in favor of a regular master or ergo series mouse, which sell for much less and offer better DPI performance. Then there is a loditech lift, which uses the same design ethos as MX vertical, but has a very low price.

In short, Loditech MX Warticle is a niche product. Those who are suffering from wrist fatigue and who find it useful will find it so useful that it will be precious for them. But all the rest including me, I think it does not justify its high price.
