Lebanese Prime Minister Nawaf Salam has issued a clear warning that his country is on the verge of a new struggle, to retaliate against rocket attacks initiated from the Lebanon region of Israel. The Prime Minister’s concerns lies in the risks associated with new military operations with the southern border, which may potentially immerse Lebanon in another disastrous war.

He said in a statement, “Salam warned of fresh military operations on the southern border, as he pulled the country into a new war, due to risks, which will bring a crisis to the people of Lebanon and Lebanon.”

This warning comes on a heels of a statement by Israeli’s army chief Ile Zameer, who pledged that the army would seriously respond to inter -passepted rockets. Zamir insisted that the Lebanese takes the responsibility of maintaining the agreement.
