Kriti Shetty joins Anil Ravipudi’s next, Keerthy Suresh likely to star opposite Venkatesh
Director Anil Ravipudi is all set to bring Keerthy Suresh and Kriti Shetty on board for his next film with Venkatesh and Kalyanram.
Director Anil Ravipudi’s upcoming multi-starrer, starring Venkatesh Daggubati and Nandamuri Kalyanram, is attracting attention with its casting development. Latest reports suggest that Keerthy Suresh and Kriti Shetty are being considered for the lead female roles.
The director hinted at an event that Kriti Shetty is expected to share screen space with Kalyanram, which will be a new pairing. Meanwhile, recent reports suggest that Keerthy Suresh is likely to be cast opposite Venkatesh. Although his inclusion has not been officially confirmed yet, industry buzz suggests that he is close to being finalized for the role.

The film also marks the reunion of Kalyanram and Anil Ravipudi after more than a decade PatasDirector’s first film. This will be the fifth collaboration between Venkatesh and Ravipudi, a combination known for consistent success at the box office.
The project is expected to begin production in June, with the first schedule featuring Venkatesh and Keerthy Suresh. It is expected to start after Venkatesh completes work on his ongoing film ideal familyDirected by Trivikram Srinivas.
Meanwhile, Anil Ravipudi’s most recent directorial debut was Man Shankar Var Prasad Garu (2026), starring Chiranjeevi, in which Venkatesh made an extended cameo. The film also starred Nayanthara and Catherine Tresa in lead roles.
Despite being released during the Sankranti competition Raja Saab And along with other family entertainers, it emerged as a box office winner, recording the highest collection of Chiranjeevi’s career.
Venkatesh was last seen in a full-length role sankrantiki vasthunam (2025), also directed by Ravipudi. With a strong cast and a proven director-actor combination, this film is shaping up to be a notable project in Telugu cinema.
