Karan Johar and Karthik Aryan have officially put their previous differences behind them. Not only are he forming a team for a new film, but he recently co-maintained the IIFA Awards. During a section, the pair was engaged in a rap battle, making a subtle digging on each other’s work before indicating in their upcoming film.

During the rap fight, Karan excavated in Karthik’s film Filmography and said, “Tumor Ho Nai student, main evergreen faculty (you are the new students, I am an evergreen faculty). I make you familiar with the real royalty. Khan and Kapor are still people of OG, look at the heroes of today (see today’s heroes), stealing their franchise!”

The director also referred to himself as a ‘kingmaker’ in Bollywood.

Karthik made a wonderful comeback to Karan’s Jib, where he replied in the Insider vs. debate out, pointing out that his mistake Bhulaiya 3 was a hit, while Karan Johar’s student was underporked at the year 2 box office. Later that evening, he won the Best Actor (Male) Award for his role as Roh Baba in Bhool Bhulaiya 3.

In his acceptance speech, the actor faced those challenges and uncertainties throughout his career. He called his journey with Bhulia franchise as “full of thorns”.

During this time, Karthik has collaborated with Karan for a new romantic Tu meri main tera, main tera tu meri. The film 2026 is scheduled for release of the film 2026 directed by Sameer Scholar and produced by Karan Johar and produced by Dharma Johar.
