The latest season of Netflix’s Fabulous Lives of Bollywood Wives, this time titled Fabulous Lives vs Bollywood Wives, has been garnering a lot of attention, thanks to Shalini Pasi. She has emerged as the star of the show, has become the IT girl and people are loving her attitude and one-liners. It’s safe to say that she overshadows the others, even the OGs who were present in the last three seasons. So does ‘Bollywood Wives’ feel threatened by Pasi getting more limelight?

This was exactly the same question that Karan Johar, who produced the show, asked Maheep Kapoor in a new video that he shared on Instagram. In the video, Karan tries to fry Maheep’s bag but ends up getting roasted as he reveals that it was gifted to him by her. Then he asks her, “How do you feel that Shalini Pasi is getting so much attention in this show? Do you feel threatened?”

When she refused to answer and said it was giving her a headache, Karan Johar jokingly asked, “Has her popularity given you a headache?” Kapoor’s reaction to this is priceless. Watch the video here:

Earlier, at the Business Today Most Powerful Women Awards, Shalini Pasi talked about emerging as an IT girl And said, “I never wanted to be an ‘It’ girl because I’m not an ‘It’ girl. It’s my personal style. I was just having fun. I thought people wouldn’t like it because it was a little maximalist. The makeup artist told me not to put so many clips, but that’s all I wanted.”

Fabulous Lives Vs Bollywood Wives also stars Seema Sajdeh, Neelam Kothari, Maheep Kapoor, Bhavana Pandey, Riddhima Kapoor Sahni and Kalyani Saha. It features special appearances by Karan Johar, Gauri Khan, Ananya Panday, Chunky Panday and many other Bollywood faces. The show is currently streaming on Netflix.
