Kevin Beckon was left dumbstruk when a normal day shoot of wild things turned into a cold-prostrated moment. In an interview recently, the actor shared that the 1998 erotic crime thriller artists and crews, directed by John McNotton, discovered a real dead body floating in the swamp.
Recently during a type of video segment, the actor tried to remember his most popular films by reading his prestigious dialogues. Although he failed to remember his lines with wild things, he made a trip under the Memory Lane and shared a brief anecdote about the film. He revealed that while shooting a scene by a river, surrounded by a lot of mosquitoes, a crew member saw a floater, which was later identified as a corpse.
Bacon recalled that a fleet had floated in the river to install a light, and suddenly, he heard a message on a walkie-talkie. “Suddenly, I hear beyond the walkie-talk: ‘Hey, I think I just saw a floater.” And it was a body that was swimming, “he said before adding,” it was a sign of the film’s vibe. ,
Back in 1998, the film’s director spoke about the incident during the initial release of the film. “We called the police, and they actually grabbed the dead body and stopped it from bringing it into our shot,” he told Entertainment Weekly at that time.
Wild Things also starred Matt Dillon, Nev Campbell, Dennis Richards, Theresa Russell, Robert Wagner and Bill Murray. After Panth Classic, there were three direct-to-DVD sequels titled Wild Things 2 (2004), Wild Things: Diamonds in the Rough (2005), and Wild Things: Folysam (2010).
The film told the story of Sam Lombardo, a high school guidance counselor in South Florida, who accuse two women students of rape. A series of uncertain revelations exposed by a police officer investigating the alleged crimes makes the main plot of the film. The film grossed a total of $ 67.2 million worldwide.
