Kareena Kapoor’s crime mystery-thriller The Buckingham Murders is all set to release in cinemas tomorrow, September 13. To reach a wider audience, the Hansal Mehta directorial will be released in two versions: one in Hindi and English and the other in a Hindi dubbed version.

In the original version, which is a mix of Hindi and English, Hansal chose actors from the same region and locality, which helped in maintaining the authentic accent. Since it might be a bit challenging for everyone to understand it, it has been decided to release an additional Hindi version of the film.

To ensure that a maximum number of viewers can enjoy this mystery-thriller, the filmmakers have decided on a 50-50 strategy. This means that 50 per cent of the screens will show the film in Hindi and English, while the remaining 50 per cent will show the Hindi version.

The trailer of Buckingham Murders shows Kareena as a detective and mother who has to investigate the murder of a 10-year-old child in Buckinghamshire after losing her child. The film also stars Ash Tandon, Ranveer Brar and Keith Allen in important roles.

The mystery-thriller is written by Aseem Arora, Kashyap Kapoor and Raghav Raj Kakkar. It is produced by Mahana Films and TBM Films, presented by Balaji Telefilms, and co-produced by Shobha Kapoor, Ekta R Kapoor and first-time producer Kareena. Buckingham Murders will release exclusively in cinemas on September 13, 2024.
