Comedian-actor Kapil Sharma shared a video while capturing his family’s Ganesh Chaturthi ceremony. The video highlighted his family while praying to Lord Ganesha, dancing to the drum, and highlighting the immersion of the idol of the deity.
Comedian-actor Kapil Sharma gave fans a glimpse at his Ganesh Chaturthi ceremony. In a video shared on Instagram, he shared how the occasion was marked with devotion, dance and family love. Wearing ethnic clothes, Kapil celebrated the occasion with his family.
The video shared on Saturday began with the altar of the Sharma family, which was beautifully decorated for Lord Ganesha. Kapil’s mother, Janak Rani participated in Aarti (a traditional prayer ritual). The comedian then prayed to his wife, Ginni Chaatratha and his children, Anayara and Tishan.
It also showed Kapil’s son Trishan playing the role of a small toy Dhol. This inspired laughter with his sister Anayara. Kapil was later seen taking Tishan on his shoulder as he chanting “Ganpati Bappa Morya”. The family came again to dance together drum Beats before goodbye to Bappa.
The video concluded with Kapil, Trishan and other family members, who was written in the caption for Ganesh Idol for immersion (sacred ritual of immersing the idol in water), Kapil wrote, “Ganpati Bappa Maurya (Red heart and folded hand emozies). ,
Kapil and Ginni were married on December 12, 2018. His daughter Anayara was born in 2019, and Trishan was born in 2021.
Currently, Kapil is hosting the third season of ‘The Great Indian Kapil Show’. The comedy show is currently streaming on Netflix. The show has permanent guests Navjot Singh Sidhu and Archana Puran Singh. Celebrities like Salman Khan, Parineeti Chopra, Raghav Chadha, Siddharth Malhotra, Janhvi Kapoor, Shilpa Shetty and others have made attendance in the third season of the show so far.
He has earlier painted in various films like ‘Kisko Pyaar Karoon’ and ‘Zwigato’.
Looking forward, the comedian film is working on the film ‘Kisko Pyaar Karoon 2’. His other project, titled ‘Dadi Ki Viva’, will feature Neetu Kapoor and Sadia Khatab.
