In a media interaction held over Zoom, the producer acknowledged the issue and assured that the film’s team is already working on corrective measures. The producer said that they have not received any further complaints about the viewing experience from viewers, and that music-related issues will be fixed soon. Gnanavel Raja shared that the film’s team had also requested exhibitors to ‘reduce the volume by two points’ to ‘eliminate’ the negative feedback associated with the sound issues in the film.
