I also have a hobby for chutney and always get a reason to enjoy it with my food. Since I am a chutney lover, I am always looking for fun and exciting dishes. Sure, there are some Go-Two dishes that love me completely, such as mint chutney or mango chutney, but there is a lot to find out. Recently, I came to Jaijal of a unique chutney from the land of Rajasthan, and I could not wait to try it. What is Rajasthani Kachi chutney?

How to make Rajasthani Kachi Chutney | Kachi chutney recipe

To make Rajasthani Kachi chutney, peel the kachi and cut it into pieces. Next, place dried red chili on a silbatta and crush them well. Add garlic cloves, cumin, coriander leaves and kachi. Crush again to mix everything together. Now, heat the oil in a pan and add cumin and prepared kachi mixture. Mix well, add salt, and allow it to cook for a few minutes. Your Rajasthani Kachi chutney is now ready to taste.
