Speaking at Shitan’s program, Jyotika said, “I have worked with almost all the prominent actors in South India. But women do not get much importance there, not even on the poster. People like Mamooty and Ajay Devgan give prominence to women.”

Jyotica’s recent project
Jyotica was last seen as one of the main leads in the Netflix series, Dabba Cartel. The show made by Shibani Dandekar Akhtar, Vishnu Menon, Gaurav Kapoor and Akananka Seda was directed by Hitash Bhatia.
The story follows five middle class women who run a traditional dabbavala (lunchbox) service. However, when the lunchbox network develops in high drug operations, things take a dark turn.
As the network expands, they should avoid dangerous criminals, law enforcement and personal betrayal while maintaining the peak of their normal life.
As one of the leads with the geotica, the 7-E-Ei-Eisode series also includes Shabana Azmi, Shalini Pandey, Nimisha Sajayan and Anjali Anand as the main lead. The show premiered on the OTT platform on February 28, 2025.
Looking forward, Satan is ready to appear in actress director Ashwini Iyer Tiwari’s upcoming film.
