Joshua Jackson and Jodi Turner-Smith have finalized their divorce on peaceful terms, but they are not allegedly on the same page about their daughter’s school education. According to the new legal documents received by TMZ, the former couple used a mediator to detect a temporary program to control their daughter, Juno’s custody.
Smith has appealed to the court to enter a system that will allow him to take Juno from his primary school. In the document filed by her lawyer, the British actress says she wants her daughter to transfer to a new school next year, but is not in the Jackson agreement.
Smith claims that he researched the new school and even discussed it with Jackson and ensured that it is close to his home. Despite all preventive measures, her ex -husband is still refusing to transfer school.
At their disposal, it was agreed that Jackson would pay $ 2,787/month in child aid, but would not pay any monthly amount for spousle support. However, Smith is asking him to pay $ 75K for his lawyer’s fees in school battle.
The couple first met at Ashra’s birthday party in 2018 and raised dating rumors after being spotted together in Los Angeles. The following year, they were together in Nicaragua, according to the people in the new year.
