Here are 4 gut health warning signs you shouldn’t ignore
1. Inflammation
If you have a bloated stomach, nutritionist Shalini Sudhakar warns that it means your food is not getting digested on time and is stuck in your small intestine for a long time. This leads to fermentation, which leads to a lot of gas, resulting in bloating.
2. Often constipated
Experiencing frequent constipation means that your colon is not able to fully expel the stool. According to nutritionist Sudhakar, this results in a lot of residue being held back, leading to gas, fermentation and bacterial breeding.
3. Acidity before or after meals
According to nutritionist Shalini Sudhakar, if you are suffering from acidity before and after eating, it means that your intestine is not able to produce digestive juices on time. It also means that there is a serious disturbance in the circadian rhythm, which leads to disturbances in the production of digestive juices.
4. Fatigue
If you often feel tired and sluggish, it means that your stomach is not able to absorb all the nutrients from the food you are eating. This can cause a lot of disturbance in the stomach-brain axis, leading to fatigue and weakness.

How to fix your stomach problems
Nutritionist Shalini Sudhakar suggests some easy ways to heal your gut problems and get a healthy and happy gut.
1. For inflammation
According to nutritionist Shalini Sudhakar, the problem of flatulence can be tackled in two ways. Firstly, chewing food properly speeds up digestion and prevents food stagnation. Second, eating meals at a fixed time every day.
2. For constipation
To avoid constipation and improve digestion, include a source of fiber in every meal. This will help the colon to expel your stool more easily. Also, be sure to drink at least three liters of water every day.
3. For acidity
If your eating and sleeping schedule is not on time, the circadian rhythm gets disturbed. Nutritionist Sudhakar suggests that you should eat between 8:00 am and 7:00 pm and sleep between 10 pm and 6 am to correct your circadian rhythm.
4. For fatigue
By adopting the three methods mentioned above, your fatigue will go away. This will keep your stomach healthy and you will be able to absorb nutrients completely, which will help you overcome the problem of fatigue.
