Who does not love a crisp, golden-thin chicken? Crunch as you cut into it, meat juice and mouth-water-fried chicken is a dish that transfers boundaries. Every region around the world has its own unique spin on it, which contain spices, techniques and traditions that make each version special. Whether it is the southern-style fried chicken of the United States or crisp, fragrant variations in Asia, the world is exciting and diversity on this classic. But recently, the Internet has given us a strange turn on this cute dish. An Instagram Food Vlogger shared a peculiar method to make fried chicken that has left many to scratch his head. Let us dive into the strange process that has attracted the attention of food lovers everywhere.

In its viral video, the Vlogger begins by preparing its chicken and it is where things take an unusual turn. She scores chicken meat with not one, not two, but with eight sharp blades. These cuts, or piercing, deepen in meat. Scoring the meat in this way helps the marinade to enter better. Next, she squeezes a sufficient amount of lemon juice over it. Then, he kills a pickle using some simple spices such as turmeric, chilli powder, coriander powder, ginger-garlic paste, salt, water and a teaspoon of a special mixture. The mixture becomes a lively orange, ready to coat the chicken. She puts this pickle over the chicken, while the blades are still in place, ensuring that the marinade lives in piercing. Once this happens, it removes the blade and rubs deeply in the chicken cut.

Now, frying comes. She heats a pan with oil and keeps the chicken inside, allowing him to fry deep for a few minutes on each side, ensuring that it is beautifully crisp. Result? A completely golden and delicious fried chicken. To serve it, she opposes a traditional touch – by placing it on a banana leaf before cutting it. Her face expression speaks volume because she chews, indicating that this fried chicken is tasty and gentle. Watch the full viral video below:

While the dish looks luxurious, the unusual method has done much nonsense in the comments. Some viewers could not help but question the requirement of eight fast blades. One person commented, “Only one knife could be used.” Another user just asked, “Why use the blade when you can avoid it?” A comment said, “Looks good, but the recipe is dangerous.”
