We are about 6 months away from the launch of the iPhone 17 series, and most of the leaks have already indicated what the next generation iPhones will bring. Now, a new iPhone is rumored to come up with a small notch compared to the iPhone 16 series and feature an under-screen face ID. What can this happen? Is this for the iPhone 17 series? Mark Gurman of Bloomberg has highlighted this, which gives us a better idea what and when expected.

Interestingly, this technique was to be introduced with the iPhone 17 Pro smartphone, something that was reported in April 2023 by the performance industry analyst Ross Young. Later, in May 2024, he said that Apple would take longer to develop it and it could come in 2026.
