Must read

Dosa, a traditional South Indian dish, is a favourite among foodies across the country. From roadside shops to high-end restaurants, this thin and crispy delicacy can now be found in many parts of India. Made from a fermented rice and lentil batter, dosa can be relished any time of the day. Though there are countless variations with different fillings, the classic dosa stuffed with potato masala remains a firm favourite. One of the biggest challenges while making dosa is flipping it perfectly. Often the dosa sticks to the pan, making it difficult to scrape it with a spatula and many of us have experienced it breaking while doing so.
