Huawei’s Pura 90 series is now official, ushering in a new era for Huawei’s flagship lineup with the Pura 90 Pro and Pura 90 Pro Max. Both bring an updated look with an attractive gradient color scheme, which is a slight departure from the Huawei P30 series. And as usual with flagship Huawei phones, you get top-tier camera hardware.

The Pura 90 Pro Max sports a massive 1/1.28-inch periscope telephoto sensor of 200MP resolution with an f/2.6 aperture. This is a 96mm equivalent module with 4x optical zoom, which Huawei claims can provide consistent detail preservation even in challenging lighting conditions. It also benefits from CIPA 7.0 image stabilization (7-stop stabilization).

The Pura 90 Pro Max is the first Huawei phone to use a lateral overflow integration capacitor (LOFIC) sensor on its 50MP RYYB main shooter. It supports 10-stop variable f/1.4-4.0 aperture and OIS. The third module on the back of the Pura 90 Pro Max is a 40MP ultrawide with an f/2.2 aperture.
