What actually happened?
According to Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation, this section collapsed around 12:15 pm on February 14, which also hit a Skoda car. The condition of one of the injured remains critical, while the condition of the other two is stable. PTI.
Police have arrested five employees associated with the contractor firms overseeing the project. An FIR has been registered under provisions related to culpable homicide. Investigation is ongoing.

Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis announced financial assistance of Rs 5 lakh to the family of the deceased. Authorities have moved quickly to assess responsibility and review on-site procedures.
