It is very easy to make Thecha Paneer at home. This recipe was shared by content creator @shraddha_palande_. To make it,
1. Prepare the Paneer
– Take a piece of cheese and cut it into small pieces. Heat some oil in a pan and fry the pieces until they become crisp and brown on both sides. Take out in a plate.
2. Prepare the contract
In the same pan with oil, add cumin seeds, garlic, green chillies, sesame seeds, desiccated coconut and fresh coriander. Cook for 3-4 minutes. Cool it and put it in a mixer grinder. Make a fine paste of it.
3. Prepare the curry
Now heat the pan and add some oil in it. Add chopped onion and cook until transparent. Add prepared thecha paste and water in the pan and mix well. Season it with turmeric, coriander powder and salt. Cook for 3-4 minutes. Add fried paneer and fresh green chillies. Add garam masala over it and mix well. serve hot!
