Appam is also known as a punch circle in some areas, and can be made in a few minutes, making it perfect for breakfast or any food. So, without further movement, let’s dive into the recipe! But before that, here are some useful suggestions to ensure that your egg upam is perfect.

Lubricate the pan properly – Before inserting the batsman, coat the pan with oil lightly to prevent sticking.
Increase taste – Add finely chopped onion, tomato and green chili to excess taste.
Vegetarian Options – If you prefer a vegetarian version, just leave the eggs.
How to make an appam for South Indian -style eggs: Drain soaked rice and dal mixture, then grind it with coconut and salt to make it a smooth batsman.
Allow the batsman for 6-7 hours or overnight fermentation until it becomes light and airy.
Once fermented, add enough water to achieve a continuity.
Heat a tablespoon of oil in an appam pan or a small pan (hardening), rotate it around, and remove any excess oil.
When the pan is hot, put about 1/4 cup batsman in it. Quickly tilt and rotate the pan so that the batsmen spread to a thin layer with the sides, while the center remains thick.
Crack an egg to the center of the app, then cover the pan with a lid.
Reduce the heat and allow it to cook until the edges start lifting (about one minute).
Apply the pan, slowly remove the ripened appm, and move it to a serving plate.
Repeat the process with the remaining batsman. After making 3-4 apps, you may need to lubricate the pan again.
