How to make healthy Ghiya (Bottle Gourd) Salad at home | Ghiya (Bottle Gourd) Salad Recipe
It is very easy to make ghiya (bottle gourd) salad at home. This recipe has been shared by digital creator Mehak Sharma (@shadesofmoon) on Instagram. First, wash a cucumber and a carrot and cut them into small pieces. Similarly chop a gourd. Heat a pan and cook the chopped ghiya for 3-5 minutes. Meanwhile, chop a potato and cook it on the pan along with the ghiya. Mix all the chopped vegetables in a large bowl. Top with roasted peanuts, walnuts and cherry tomatoes. Mix well and keep aside.
For the dressing, whisk together 3-4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, chopped garlic, honey, fennel seeds, lemon juice and garlic powder. This makes a delicious dressing. Mix it with the chopped vegetables and add some cheese shreds. Mix everything well and serve!
