How to store Gulaaba for a long time?

Gulaaba is basically jam and should be stored just like any other jam. Once it is fully cooked, let it come to room temperature. Take out as much as you need and put the rest in an airtight container. You can use plastic or glass as per your preference. Place the container in your refrigerator and store it for up to 15 days.

Raw Mango Recipe | How To Make Maharashtrian Special Gulaaba At Home:

To make Gulamba you will need raw mangoes, jaggery, cloves, ghee, cardamom powder, chili powder, salt and half-inch cinnamon stick. Wash and peel the raw mangoes thoroughly and cut them into thin slices. Next, heat ghee in a pan and add cloves, cinnamon stick and raw mangoes to it. Mix well and cook till the mangoes release water. Once done, add cardamom powder, jaggery and a pinch of chili powder. Cook this mixture for about 10-15 minutes. Pour into a bowl and enjoy with chapati or bread.
