A large margarita pizza with extra cheese? Yes, please, because who can oppose panoramic, gooi, milky goodness, right? Paneer is tasty, comfortable, and sometimes perfectly infallible. But if you are on a health-conscious journey, you can ask yourself: Can I still eat cheese without breaking my goals?

Well, we talked to many experts who mentioned that cheese is a good source of protein, but it all depends on the way we consume.

What to see when choosing cheese

One thing that many experts agreed is that it is only intelligent to choose a special type of cheese after examining the label.

The Chief Wellness Officer of KShemavana (a Naturopathy Treatment Center), Dr. Narendra’s Shetty says, “We should look for cholesterol and fat content on the label, especially if a person is on a weight-loss journey, as well as at calcium and other vitamin levels, so that we can choose the best type of product for our health goals.”

He said, “We should be added to manufacturing and expiration dates, overall nutritional composition, serving size, daily values, and nutrients of nutrients for ideal part control and recommended daily allowance (RDA),” they say.

Doctors suggest that it is intelligent to stay away from processed cheese and invest in good craft cheese, as it is healthy and emotional, preservatives and devoid of added salt.

In fact, celebrities like Kareena Kapoor, who are known to follow a very healthy and desired diet, love cheese-but only the craft variety.

Mitushi Ajmera, nutritionist and senior master fitness trainers recommend adding specific cheese to the diet with 2 percent fat content. If such options are not available, she suggests that the size of the part is controlled depending on the amount of fat or calories that include cheese – even if the label says high protein.

“To calculate how much protein you are actually consumed, just divide the number of 100 grams per 100 grams per 100 grams per 100 grams per gram of protein mentioned on the label. This will help you understand how many calories you are consuming to get a gram protein, which makes it easier to track your intake, ”she says.

Can the help of cheese reduce weight?

Just to answer: Yes, cheese can help in weight loss until it is chosen carefully.

Dr. Karthigai Selvi A, Glengles BGS Hospital, Center for Clinical Nutrition and Diet at Bangalore explains, “The real secret of weight loss is selecting a lot of vegetables and simple, ill -fated foods with low calories. Three servings of low -fat cheese with vegetables, essential grains, and low fat, combined with exercise, certainly help in weight loss. ,

Paneer is nutritious, but can add overdupping calories. Experts suggest that you consume about 1-3 servings per day to enjoy the benefits without extra weight. However, the ideal part depends on your daily calorie intake and health goals.

Best cheese for health conscious diet

If you want to enjoy cheese without feeling guilty, there are some great options here:

  • cottage cheese – The simplest of all of them and one is the most easily available in India. The cottage cheese is high in protein, low in fat, and is great for muscle manufacture.
  • Mozerela Finally, some good news for pizza lovers (or perhaps, looking at the refined dough in the crust)! Mozerela has less sodium content than other things and is a good source of calcium.
  • feta cheese – It includes beneficial probiotics and pairs well with salads, but its sodium content may be slightly higher.
  • Cheese – Light and creamy, with low -fat materials when the skim is made of milk.

Who should stay away from cheese?

Experts mention that no one really needs to avoid cheese. However, aspects such as processing, sodium levels and fat materials should be taken into consideration before shopping. Additionally, people with certain conditions, such as IBS (irritable bowel syndrome), should try to avoid it as much as possible.

“A person with severe heart issues who is trying to monitor blood pressure should possibly limit or leave the cheese on the safe side due to their high sodium and saturated fat content. Pregnant women are advised not to eat soft cheese, as there is a small opportunity that can contain listeria in unpasted varieties. Additionally, people with lactose intolerance should monitor their cheese consumption, as excessive intake can spoil the symptoms related to lactose intolerance, ”Dr. Celvi A says.

Smart ways to include cheese in your daily diet

Mitushi Ajmera says, “One of the best ways to include Paneer in your diet is to include it as a snack.”

“Usually, most people consume three foods which are mostly balanced in carbohydrates, proteins and fat. However, snack time occurs when people often struggle and choose unhealthy junk food. This is the place where good quality cheese can be a game-chainer, as it not only satisfies hunger, but also meets the needs of your protein and calcium, ”she says.

In addition, you can always add cheese to your salad – it is one of the most captivating ways to remember it. Alternatively, you can include it in your diet. Make a good cottage cheese (cheese) Bhurji and keep it with bread, or try something ricota to make your pasta tasty and healthy.
