  • 1 cup pen pasta
  • 2-3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 onion, finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons tomato paste

  • 1 tbsp red chili flakes
  • 1 tbsp dried basil
  • 1/2 tbsp black pepper powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 6-7 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 cup reserved pasta water
  • 1/4 cup chopped mosaarela cheese
  • Fresh basil for garnish

how to make it:

1. To make a boil, bring a large pot of salty water, then cook the pasta for about 15 minutes until it is firm, but not soulful.

2. Pasta dried, that starchy pasta to save 1/4 cup of water later.

3. Heat olive oil in a pan, then sauce garlic and onion until they smell amazing.

4. Stir in tomato paste and let it cook on low-medium heat for 2-3 minutes until it loses that raw edge.

5. Add chili flakes, dried basil, black pepper, salt, chili powder and sugar. mix well.

6. Pour it in heavy whipping cream and stir until the sauce becomes creamy and smooth.

7. Drop the butter for additional prosperity, then add pasta water reserved to accommodate stability.

8. Toss ripe pasta and coat it completely in the sauce.

9. Sprinkle chopped mozerela cheese and stir until it melts in the pasta.
