Malpua is a traditional Indian sweet, especially popular in the northern and eastern states of this country. This pancake -like dish is often drenched in sugars syrup and is at the top with dried fruits. It can be prepared using many different components and you can customize it as per your choice. Holi 2025: 5 Best Malpua Recipes | How to make Malpu at home
1. Simple Malpua Recipe
If you are making Malpua for the first time, try this version as it does not require too much materials. To make Malpua, first make a batsman by mixing flour, semolina, milk, milk powder and cardamom powder. While the batsman rests, make sugar syrup for Malpua. You just need to dissolve the sugar in water in a warm pan. Taste it with lime juice and saffron. Later, heat the ghee on a pan and bats the Malpua batsman in a small circle. 2. Jaggery malpua recipe
Jaggery Malpua is a healthy version of regular people as they do not do any sugar and use Etah/ entire wheat flour instead of maida. They also have different tastes, which does not make this version of Malpua less to treat the celebration. To make jaggery malpua, you first need to melt the jaggery in a warm pan in a warm pan. Stir well to dissolve it completely. Transfer this jaggery mixture to a large bowl and allow it to cool. Later, add Etah/ Dough with fennel seeds. Mix well to avoid lumps. 3. Paneer Malpua Recipe
Malpuas can be placed at the top with a rich taste and dried fruits for extra enjoyment.
If you want to take your Malpu to a high position, you can try to make rich cheese Malpua. This delicious soft Malpua can be wet in sugar syrup regularly as mentioned above, and you can also add dried fruits to the syrup. To make a Malpua batsman, add grated cheese, khoya and milk to the mixer-grinder. Whisk the batsman and add sugar, cardamom powder, maida and more milk. While the batsman rests, prepare sugar syrup. 4. Bread Malpua Recipe
This recipe is a life-sax when you are in a hurry and/or not proper material. Instead of flour, this recipe uses bread to make Malpua a ‘batsman’. wonder how? Well, you first need to cut the bread slices into small pieces and mix them with milk to make flour. Prepare a stuffing of lost, sugar, nuts and dried fruits. Make bread flour balls, flatten them and then fill them with this sweet stuffing. Seal all sides and fry them in ghee or oil. Dip the malpua in classic sugar syrup and serve them hot. 5. Rabri Malpua Recipe
It is the most bhogi Malpua in this list. You first need to prepare Rabri by adding sugar, saffron, pistachio, almonds and cardamom powder to boiling milk. For Malpua, make a batsman by mixing flour, semolina, khoya, powder sugar, saunaf and water. Until well smooth. Fry the Malpua in ghee as usual and immerse them in a regular sugar syrup.
