Starring by Hit 3, starring Hit 3, Srinidhi Shetty and others made a gross of Rs 21 crore in India, with Rs 16.5 crore from two Andhra states. On Friday, the film achieved a strong hold, declining only 35–37 percent to collect Rs 13.25 crore. The film’s two -day cum is Rs 34.25 crore and should ensure close to the gross of Rs 70 crore in 4 days in an extended weekend.
Nani has been one of the most consistent Tollywood actors in recent times. He is continuously providing congested material at regular intervals and is visible to the growing collection of his films. Hit 3, being an A-rested thriller, was not expected to open for numbers that are firmly caught on working on Friday. It should not be ignored that PAN-India competitor for hits 3 was also intense with a havoc in Kerala with a holdover release Thruudam, and 2 catering for retro and Tamil and Hindi migrant people respectively.
While India collection is impressive, the real deal is North America where Hit 3 is trading at a parcel with most top heroes in India. With a premiere of USD 825k, then around USD 350k the next day, Nani has proved why he is so loved in North America. His upcoming film The Paradise should open even more to establish further dominance.
The hit was originally not the nineric’s franchise. He was only one of the makers of thriller-drama. Adivi Sesh led the first franchisees of the franchise and it is in the third part that Nani took over as a prominent person. In the third installment, the tone of the franchise changed considerably and while it was one of the apprehensions that the audience was before release, it seems that there was nothing to worry out after the collection.
The biggest winner of May Day Weekend is clearly 3 hits 3, followed by Raid 2. Retro has the most likely to have Suriya’s most groser, but this does not mean that the actor’s highest grosser is still his 2013 film Singam 2.
