The weather of Delhi is one of its most pleasant stages – slowly saying goodbye to winter winter and moving fast and moving towards summer. However, February is still a ‘winter’ month in Delhi, and as Chill falls at a more comfortable level, now Delhi is the right time to enjoy and enjoy winter. I recently visited Ikigai in Defense Colony, a comfortable cafe by Delhi Heights. Space with a sophisticated vibe in South Delhi is small and domestic. The dining menu is intelligent, offering a mixture of popular dishes with a personal touch, causing the dishes into trendy cafes quite different from them.
While we were waiting for our order, we were welcomed with some compared snacks. Dissemination included three types of breads with some creamy butter. We also tried in -house chips – a delicious mixture of bananas, cassava and sweet potato chips.
Cocktail in ikigai:
The cocktail menu in Ikigai is fresh and full of bold options. We tried a popular cocktail actor Martini – Vanilla-infused vodka, fresh passion with fruit and lime notes, paired with sparkling wine.
Another interesting cocktail is Like you fly Vodka, fresh lime, and Yuju and Adamam Puree with mint leaves. The drink had a sour taste with most creamy textures.
My favorite cocktail from ikigai is smoke breakA borbon whiskey beverage served with a jar filled with cherry wooden smoke, which tops a block of ice with delicious dark chocolate.
Experimental food in ikigai:
You cannot leave a good cafe without trying their salad. The salad was interestingly named after the elements – earth, sky, water and air. we ordered SkyAn exciting combination of drawn ducks, dehydrated orange, kiwi and musctel grapes dressing. The salad was still fresh, and was filled with different tastes.
I am a big sushi fan and cannot resist order Dragon Sushi Turned Cream Paneer, Cucumber, Ponju Sauce and Shrimp. Sushi was perfect, in which the delicious taste and texture were all wrapped together in a delicious bite.
I tried a unique pizza Tex-Mex a Mexican PizzaIn which there were vegetarian mexican topping such as Guacamole, Cream Cheese, Veji and Biscuits on the beloved Italian dish. I found the combination interesting, although not everyone can become a fan of this experiment.
There should be an appetizer on the menu Roughness In which the flavor-flavor spicy jackfruit served with cooling and creamy tzatziki was placed at the top with fresh pomegranate beads.
For the main course, we tried Fire cracker chicken Which tasted better than me. Served with sticky rice, which is cooked for perfection, the spicy chicken was tasty and well added with a dripping of vegies and fresh lemon juice.
For sweet teeth:
We completed our food with one Hot Chocolate SouffleCinnamon tops with sugar and raspberry. While the presentation was cute, Sofley tasted properly.
As a dessert, we tried Pista La Vista Fogeto Sundar From the coffee menu. The magnificent drink was freshly grounded aspresso and chopped pistachios and vanilla galato with whipped cream. Flavors were beautiful and rich, perfect for coffee and ice cream lovers.
